Attorney Susan Ellis was professional, knowledgeable and successfully assisted my family with our legal needs (estates and trusts). Her fee was reasonable considering the time involved and her level of expertise. Most important to me, she responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. I highly recommend Susan Ellis.
Enjoy doing all the work yourself -- usually after the fact because you find out something wasn't done correctly -- while still paying exorbitant attorney fees? This is the place for you! Is it negligence? Is it laziness? Is it an online legal degree? You'll still be guessing months after the work is "done." That's my experience and that of several others, as noted in the reviews, so now you know what's ahead when using Susan Ellis, esquire.
I wouldn't touch her with a 10 foot pole. She handled my grandmother's will and estate, charged an exorbitant amount when writing the will and after her death when everything had to be handled. With all of that, she didn't didn't, or couldn't, do her job properly so 3 years later, we're still fixing the fall out from her malpractice.
Completely unacceptable service. Took advantage of my elderly parents, and this is an excellent example of price gouging at its finest. The blatant lack of respect that was given when questioned about this exemplifies her unprofessionalism. Will be calling BBB and filing a report. If you are planning to take your loved ones there for her services I suggest you seek help elsewhere.
