Clinton Cook at Ellis Redford provided me with a renters & auto policy here in Salem VA. However for weeks I was unable to get my Auto Insurance ID cards. Dozens of phone calls and emails were made to both State Farm national call centers and to the Ellis Redford local office. I rarely was followed up with voluntarily. Little did I know I was without coverage and despite Clinton Cook's emails indicating that everything was in effect and that underwriters had reversed their decision to cancel the policy.
