Very sad how far down these folks have slid over the last few years. I was a solid customer for many years, and DO NOT recommend using them anymore. There are others more interested in your business and in providing service. Too bad.
This is a busy pool company for a reason: they're in demand, they're professional, and they're highly knowledgeable. Ellis are also loyal to their old and NEW clients, making the time on a late Friday night to go above and beyond to help in an emergency.
