Saw Mr Ellis at the Co op gas station in Harbour Landing and it felt like watching someone look for a problem where there wasn’t one. Abrupt, off-putting and downright strange. If that’s the energy he brings to this pool company, I’d steer clear.

The owner and his wife harassing a female police officer by calling her names at a gas station isn't a great look for the company. Wouldn't recommend getting work done by Mark and his crew if you respect our officers in blue. Shame on the both of them.
Was at the Co-op earlier tonight getting gas and overheard what I later learned was the owner and his wife of the company harrassing a woman for asking the kind pump attendant to help with filling the air in her tires. Incredibly rude behaviour considering they do not know her reasoning for maybe needing an extra hand with something that could be difficult. Not a good look for the company.
Sean and his team at Ellis Pools have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They completed a substantial pool renovation job for my family. This involved a lot of work and the installation of a automatic pool cover. Sean was incredibly responsive, timely and had great recommendations. His team was hard working and friendly! Easily one of the best experiences with any contractor I have ever had. Highly recommend!
