My garage door broke pretty badly while opening and I reached out for repair. The team was courteous, quick to respond, and provided fair and competitive pricing. The tech that came out was kind, understanding, and eager to solve our problem. He quickly described the issue and gave an estimate for repair. Came out next day (I had windows on top row, which are custom made) and finished the work quickly and efficiently. 100% would use again.
Sam arrived as scheduled and replaced a previously repaired original garage door (cheap and thin - thanks Centex/Pulte) with a far better replacement. The entire process took less than two and a half hours. Sam did excellent work and made sure we were happy with the end product. He spent time to go over everything.
