We’ll definitely recommend Ellis Overhead Doors to everyone. Communication regarding the service visit was clear and concise. The tech, Trendon, arrived right on time and began assessing the situation right away. Once the problem(s) were identified, Trendon walked through the options for correction. Once the work was completed, the final result was exactly what we were wanting. Great service all the way around.

Our experience with Ellis Overhead doors was much better than could have been imagined. They scheduled service the same day we called and even worked around our schedule. Trendon was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond for an "easy" fix. Not only did he replace our door springs in the August heat, he did so with an upbeat attitude. He also reattached our door opener that had fallen off the wall, just because he noticed it. We will DEFINITELY recommend to anyone with garage door needs.

We were given a time of the install. They showed up on time. Door install was very professional Great job. Very nice door. Installer even programmed our cars to the door opener. Excellent company to work with
