Garage door wasn't opening right so found Ellis through local recommendations. Trendon arrived at the time scheduled and diagnosed issue (broken spring). He replaced it with a much better spring kit that was warrantied and would last through more cycles. He was fast and garage door is working better than before! He sprayed the bearings and provided advice on future maintenance. Professional and efficient service!

We’ll definitely recommend Ellis Overhead Doors to everyone. Communication regarding the service visit was clear and concise. The tech, Trendon, arrived right on time and began assessing the situation right away. Once the problem(s) were identified, Trendon walked through the options for correction. Once the work was completed, the final result was exactly what we were wanting. Great service all the way around.
