I went for braces phase 2 she told me the only way to have a treatment done was by removing 2 top teeth and 2 bottom teeth, I asked if there was another option that didn’t involve that she said that was the only thing we could do to align my teeth and that it was common. I didn’t question her as she is a Doctor…. Or so I thought cause she did not do what she was supposed to do as a professional. We had gone for a consultation and ultimately choose to use different provider. Dr. Ellis spent less than 5 minutes with us, after she kept us waiting awkwardly in the room, explaining her "treatment plan" and then sent us on our way to follow up in 9 months. This was after we had to sit in an unclean waiting room and fill out paperwork that could have been sent prior to the consultation to save everyone time and had her be more conscious of the patient ahead of time, so she could speak on treatment with a clear plan.
