Excellent customer service! Jon Jon was very helpful over the phone and in person in helping me with my glasses and submitting my insurance claims.
what a great experience this week with Ellis Optical. I broke my glasses Sunday and had to catch an early flight out on Monday. I called the shop ask them to look at my original order and see what they could do to get parts for my glasses frame from almost two years ago. Got back in on Thursday dropped by the shop and got them repaired without a single problem.
