I highly recommend Ellis insurance for all of your insurance needs. They are very professional and prompt in returning calls/text messages about your quotes. Melanie is the best! Very professional and courteous, she helped me get the best rate possible even though I hadn’t had insurance in many years. Hands down best experience I’ve had with any customer service in a long time!

I’ve used EIA for all my insurance needs for over 10 years and I always experience the highest level of service. Since we get new cars approximately every 3 years, Neal makes updating our policy a breeze. We’ve experienced a few hail storms and EIA is always so helpful when we have questions about the claims process. It’s a great feeling to not have to worry about anything insurance related because you know you are in good hands!

Melissa Cavazos is always amazing and very helpful with my questions concerning my auto and property insurance. Melissa goes above and beyond by sending me notice that my policy might increase and she taking the time to give alternatives for saving on premiums is why I refer her services time and time again.
