I love the decor, the help up front are all great. The guy in the plant department went out of his way to find our about a plant for me. Lots of deals. My only complaint is that they don't have any of the pottery like they have in Marshall.
Megan was a lifesaver! I have stopped by the Bossier City location 3 times looking for a specific scent of the Royal Bourbon…. Always out of stock. I asked a clerk if there was a day for delivery and she offered to put my name on a list to be notified! This is where Megan saved the day! 3 weeks later, I am out of state working and Megan called to say it had arrived! I gave her my order and a week later I went by to pick it up and it was safe and sound with my name on it behind the counter! THANK YOU!!!!😊
We've lived in Shreveport for 10 years and have been to the Ellis on Airline in Bossier City many times. Each and every time we have had great customer. This evening we went in and purchased two Halloween wreaths and our cashier was Noel. She was the best! She was friendly, great sense of humor, and went above and beyond making us feel appreciated. We want to give Noel a huge shout-out for giving us 5 star treatment!
