Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
