Purchased glass for a chest of drawers at home with good quick service and very competitive rate. All questions answered.
This company has zero concern for customer satisfaction. I have been waiting for a call back from the owner to discuss my matter for 2 months now and she does not even have the common courtesy to return my phone calls. I have called their office over 10 times over the last 2 months trying to speak with the owner to resolve my issue and she has still not called back. As a business owner myself, I cannot comprehend the complete disregard of a customers concerns. Be better Ellis Glass!
Tell your drivers if they want to drive slow, drive on the middle or right lane and not deliberately driving slow on the left lane. Encountered your service truck this morning and your driver started to speed up when I tried to pass them. Provoking other drivers while using your vehicle is not good for your business.
I have never had a better experience in dealing with a glass company. The guys were so professional and actually funny ! Ellis Glass has my vote, I will do business with them again!
