The service was exceptional. When we came in, we were greeted with smiles and a friendly ambiance. Everyone was attentive to my needs that it made me less nervous about my surgery. The surgeon is very good. She knows what she’s doing and she answered all my questions. Right now I am still healing but my carnosidad is gone. Having interacted with people from 3 of their locations throughout different stages in the process, from going in the first time to get information on the surgery to post op appointments, I can honestly say that every single one of the people that I came in contact with were nice, professional and helpful. I have felt at ease from the first day of consultation with Dr Sandy Chan and numerous tests afterwards before the surgery with Dr Gregory Phan. The procedure was explained to me very well and what to expect afterwards considering age and prescription factors. The staff is amazing, Marleny was so easy to talk to, did not felt any pressure to have it done. Surgery went well and it was quick.
