Ellis was a subcontractor for our residential job. The footers were not deep enough and now stand above the ground level, the steps were not escavated deep enough into the hill/rise to accommodate enough room for all the steps needed to reach the new grade level and additional platform rigging had to be done at an additional cost to prevent the ground from washing down the steps, they were warned about sewer caps in the driveway and not to destroy them and they did one, they were warned to be careful around the water meter b... read more
