I have been using Ellis and Ellis to repair and maintain cars in our family for 15+ years. They are fair, honest, professional and excellent! I can not think of anywhere I would rather go. I had my car towed from Chicago to get there with one of my cars.

My experience with Ellis & Ellis was unparalleled in terms of the honesty and fairness I received - not just in my experiences with car repair, but in all the customer service interactions I can remember. There was a mixup with my car. At first, the lack of organization was upsetting. However, the issue was resolved above and beyond what I expected. I live in the neighborhood and it's the perfect family owned shop. I've noticed other body shops bringing their cars there for mechanic work. The family owned neighborhood mechanics are always the most honest.
