Didn't show at scheduled time, didn't answer my two calls (first 1.5 hrs after appointed time, second 3 hrs after appointment time). They finally called and said sorry not coming today and could I be available in two days. Um, no. Not arranging to stay home only to have them be no-shows again.
They came for an estimate and have not responded since.
Good customer service. Fast, on time, and clean work (replaced an old electrical panel) at very decent price. Definitely recommending them to friends. Nice job, guys!
