Kim is a sweetheart! She so fast, professional and courteous. Sean as well. Well, I'll tell you one thing. Whoever doesn't give Ellis County Tax Office in Midlothian a five star rating, you probably dont even like your own mother. Lol
Kelli was very nice and polite and was very expedient in handling renewing my registration and answering my question of why the charge an extra $200 for electric vehicles. The wait was longer due to going at noon and lunch time. The sign in process was easy and you can tell when your turn is coming up with their automated system. The new office is definitely better!
Short wait & very courteous- professional help.
New office has really improved wait time. No more figuring out who is next. Much more organized and more help. I have always had a good experience each time I visited.
