ECHM of Waxahachie have provided great friendly courteous service for over 14 years! However, Dealing with Rhotech has been extremely difficult. I have put up with their poor service long enough and I have now left Rhotech. The worst is when there was a recall on my Respironics CPAP machine. They never contacted me about the recall. I believe that is why I am on oxygen therapy.
