Reached out for DME assistance since they are shown as in-network providers for my insurance. I reached a person with a very strong foreign accent that I could not understand. When I informed the representative that I could not understand what she was saying, she hung up on me. My driver DJ is the best! Fast efficient and knowledgeable Naomi in the office was well equipped informative and so helpful . My delievery guy not sure of name GOT my things brought to me in a hour or less to help me home she got my oxygen concentrater and portable oxygen brought to me at discharge .
