We were new to the area and our 12-year-old Bichon got a massive tooth infection. Dr. Ellis and the staff at Total Bond were fantastic and very cost effective. The care and concern they showed for both our dog and our family were unparalleled in our vet history. We highly recommend them.
We have taken our pets to Dr Werfal for over 13 yrs. No matter whether it is a wellness visit or an emergency, the same caring and loving way our pets are cared for is the same. We have also had occassion that required our beloved Golden Retriever to need hospital care at a facility that had 24 hr care, and she was instrumental in seeing that we had all the information on his progress, even calling me at home on a Sunday evening with her advice.
