The guy estimated the amount of supply needed to build a wall form, we had left overs boxes and told us we can’t do a return even though we called their only posted number and got told we could return them.
Complete and total disaster from the very beginning. I had to talk to 3 different people in this company on 5 occasions for them to get the simple instructions to deliver to the job site. This company prepares the plan for your job, meaning you provide them with the plans and they provide you with a estimate and materials list. One would think given this arrangement that one would not have to pay for the materials that were unused....Nope!
