My dad has his yearly nuclear stress test along with other testing related to his yearly cardio exam. I believe this office is all about herding in patients and not considerate of the patient’s time spent in the office. It is all about how many patients can be scheduled.Today our appointment started at 10:30 a.m, not called back to begin testing until 11 a.m. and at this time I’m typing this it at 3:15 p.m. we are still waiting to see Dr Ellis. I have tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ellis and the waiting period is four months out. No doctor is that busy!!
Doctor Ellis and staff were very attentive to my needs. Warm and encouraging. Thank God for the professionalism in the care given. My trust was gained.
