Great experience and solid job.
CARSTAR is another place run on integrity. I was referred to them by Downtown Garage. I had a little ding on my vehicle that needed a minor repair. I spoke to Dell, who evaluated my car. He suggested I go to a person who could easily fix the ding instead of keeping my claim open with my insurance provider. He didn't have to do that. I would have paid significantly more going through insurance and his shop would have benefitted as well. Instead, Dell found me a person for this task. This is my second experience with Carstar and I have to say, I will not be going anywhere else for body work and/or detailing. They really know the value behind great customer service.
Excellent service, communication and updates. Repair seems fine. Detailing was outstanding. Would absolutely recommend Carstar Ellis Bros.
