Hardly have I ever had a more unprofessional encounter with a contractor. He rescheduled multiple times, and when he did show up, he cursed multiple times audibly under his breath, and was insulting toward me, the floor that he would have been refinishing, and the person that originally installed the floor. He also was lacking in product knowledge compared to the other contractors I interviewed.
