Amazing ! I loved my experience… this dealership is a team ! From the minute … they open the door to greet your entry till the second you drive away in your new ride!! You will be treated as part of the GM family !
What a rip-off....Charged my vehicle at the dealership today. They posted a .35/kw rate (very reasonable), but then whacked me over the head with a whopping $25 session fee. This was not clearly posted anywhere on the charger. Very deceptive and NOT standard practice. What a terrible way to treat your customers and I will skip browsing any new cars next time. Imagine going to a normal gas station and then realizing they added on a $25 session fee for pumping the equivalent of 8 gallons of gas.
