Greg was a great person to deal with. The process was very quick and easy.
The service team at Ellis was great to deal with. Listened to my description of issues over the phone and got me scheduled promptly. Their master tech checked over my vehicle and test drove it, unable to determine anything wrong. They called and asked me to bring him for a ride to show the exact driving conditions that cause the issue and determined it was a simple module relearn. They were very helpful and didn’t write off anything without proper diagnosis. Very pleased with the team!
