first off i waited over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation even though i had an appointment, which is already pretty ridiculous for a simple job. on top of that they tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff i didnt need and were kinda pushy about it, so i wont be coming back here again.
Mark has been so good to me as a customer and I am truly grateful that he cares about his customers.
The guys at Ellis Automotive were so helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in needing help. It’s Thursday, I’m 7 hours from home. They looked at it and said it’s probably such and such. Gave me an estimate and ordered the part. They repaired it and were very thorough with my car before letting me have it back. I was impressed.
I was traveling from out of state and had a bad experience with a pothole. Had a flat tire and a damaged hose. They fixed my car and did it in a more than timely manner. I appreciate you guys getting me back on the road. Highly recommended.
