Mark has been so good to me as a customer and I am truly grateful that he cares about his customers.
The guys at Ellis Automotive were so helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in needing help. It’s Thursday, I’m 7 hours from home. They looked at it and said it’s probably such and such. Gave me an estimate and ordered the part. They repaired it and were very thorough with my car before letting me have it back. I was impressed.
I was traveling from out of state and had a bad experience with a pothole. Had a flat tire and a damaged hose. They fixed my car and did it in a more than timely manner. I appreciate you guys getting me back on the road. Highly recommended.

Ryan and Mark were so helpful and went out of their way to help me out and get me back on the road, within an hour of breaking down. I can’t say enough about them and what a great job they did on my radiator!
