Ellipse charged top dollar for broken equipment, then charge a restock fee for the return. My dad bought a DVR for his security system from these people, and when we opened the box the front of the DVR was loose and there was a rattling sound inside it. We called immediately after opening it, but they gave us the run around for weeks. They said the rattle was normal but if we had a problem to call back.
