I had a security camera that was stolen on my home, weeks later, someone tried to break into my home while I was there ! Since it was a Samsung System. I'm not sure what the size of this company is but whenever I work with them I feel like I'm walking into a small neighborhood business who I've known for years. I have two systems from them for my two coffee houses in Phoenix AZ. I called their Support line to buy another DVR since mine wasn’t working and instead they suggested I try a new power cord for only $15 as apposed to $172 for a new DVR. The cord was the issue after all. I was ready to buy a new DVR and they saved me $150. They you Ellipse Security. Your CS is very impressive. This is the third time I have delt with your company.
