Bought a system from this company , had nothing but problems with it from day 1 and still do, first off they sent a outdated system , first the dvr was not compatible with cameras so they sent a new dvr , and had to go makers in China to get them updated , now have camera problems and company don’t want to back their 3yr warranty , contacted them , they said they would send back for replacement never heard another word since the last email months ago paid lots of money for this system poor customer service
