Had my vehicle break down at a gas pump called AAA... Elliotts refused to tow it due to inclement weather. Not 10 minutes later, I'm getting a phone call from the gas station that it's being towed by none other than Elliots for impound, and I can pay to have it out when he literally said, no to AAA three minutes prior. Randy Elliott overcharge me for a wrecker service. When I call he said $60 but he charge me 250. I would never use this company again. I found a guy same type wrecker service charge me half the price I paid him.
Very professional service. All workers who I interacted with were kind and caring.
