This is the worst place I have ever dealt with no communication and had my boat for over a year I finally got my boat back to it being in worse shape than when I dropped it off there is grease hand prints all over the interior cigarette butts in my brand new carpet not to mention my brand new captain seats wires hanging down under my dash and wires hanging in motor compartment the shifter was taken off and handed to me in a box crazy I would not recomend Elliot’s to anyone
Took my boat up there to get water pump replaced and she found one and had it installed faster than any other marine shop. All other shops where everywhere else was 6-8 week wait. Also hourly rate was way cheaper than others. Excellent service.
Had boat for weeks came back doing the same thing.. she never answers the phone & now doesn't open till 10am instead of 9am
Had our boat for 8 months, ‘repaired’ it & handed off after an $800 bill. Got home, & the boat doesn’t start. Go back & she says it’s because the boat went too long without being started...it was in her care for 8 months. Complete incompetence & disregard of the fact she delivered a service that was incomplete.
Avoid this place, they don't know what they are doing. They charge you for things you don't need.
