I am thoroughly disgusted by my experience at Elliot's Family Hair Styling. My hair is fried, orange, and completely un-even. It was apparent during my 5 HOUR session, that my hair stylist had no idea what she was doing. I was charged $80.00 for this! I spoke with the supervisor and asked for a refund: She was extremely rude, reprimanded me for bothering her on her day off, and blamed me for the problem.
