They installed 2 Carrier systems in my home back in Oct of 2007. In 2021, secondary heat exchanger on main unit was not working. In Mid 2021 called multiple times for Elliot to come and check, left multiple voice mails with the owner and the secretary, and they said they will call back. Still waiting for their call back after 4 months.. Called in another company and they said the system was not installed properly (no pitch) and therefore no correct drainage and that is why the heat exchanger is busted. Prompt, friendly, and quality service. They installed our new AC unit 3 years ago and everything has been great. They have maintained our unit ever since and never an issue. We definitely recommend!
My system died a few years ago and I randomly found these guys on internet and hired them. I spend close to 10G for a complete new heat/ cooling system. When summer came the next year, my brand new compression blew up and totally didn’t work. The said it was manufacturer’s defect and replace the compressor.
