When Tony Elliott's (Cindy's husband) racing days were over, a transition to selling racing trailers was natural. Took golf cart in. Was charged $85 for pickup and delivery. Was told Spark plug was just loose. Got it back and had same problem. Im thinking wiring had a short. Asked them to come back and get it but didnt think I should have to pay for pickup and delivery again. Was told I would be charged again because it was running when they brought it back.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE. Stopped by there to get pricing and info on a trailer. The woman that greeted us said she knows nothing about trailers so I would need to see Dillion. No problem. Waited for him to finish a phone call and was invited into his office, which was disorganized with small pieces of paper with notes on them spread out everywhere. Very disappointed in the level of service... I dropped off a golf cart for possibly clutch service. guy said give them a few days to diagnose problem called them back 4 days later he said he was not a clutch mechanic and wait until Monday of the following week for a more experienced tech to look at it. called them on Friday said it had not been looked at. called the following Wednesday and he said there was a back log and would need time to get to it. should have just said to me from the start we have a 3-week back log on re... read more
Well, I guess I’ll never do business there again.. bought a six seater golf cart day after I had it started leaking oil in the back.. tie rod end was all dry rotted.. so they came and took it and fixed the oil leak, they delivered it to my house without letting me know it was on its way.. and they busted my front shroud and used a zip tie.. I hope the next customers have better luck than what I did. Returned it, and still had the same oil leak and the tie rod was never changed.
