Driving through the area while towing a RV, we experienced overheating. Boy was I blessed to be able to find Elliott’s Auto Repair! Justin in the front office was amazing to ensure we were cared for quickly so we could get back on the road. Elliott's had been recommended to me by another business owner in town a few years ago, and they quickly became 'my place' if I needed a mechanic. This time I was more desperate than usual. Squirrels had chewed up a bunch of wiring under the hood of my only car leaving me stranded. I was given a number for a wrecker, who had my car on a flatbed tow and on its way there within 30 minutes. My car was fixed, and waiting by the next afternoon. Told the owner NOT to change the cabin air filter, twice on the phone and once when I dropped off the car. I changed it myself August '24. They changed it anyway and charged me twice for filter. Said the heater airflow is better. It is not! They did good on the spark plugs. I won't be going back. Disappointed.
Honest mechanics and they do a fantastic job. They've been my go-to place for several years.
