My experience with First American Title was disappointing. Crystal did not introduce herself and seemed rushed and unhappy throughout our interaction. During the signing process, she did not explain the documents I was signing; instead, she just flipped through the pages. Once we were finished, she simply walked away, leaving the interaction feeling very impersonal. Given that I was paying for this service, I expected a much more pleasant experience.
