Best tube tools on the market- however I was in a pinch and needed a new beading chisel for use in an air hammer. Everyone was friendly and helpful on the phone but then the invoice came and they have a $125 minimum. Basically saying they don't want my business unless I make a large order. Seems like they are more interested in the money and sales than helping their customers when we need it. Doesn't matter all the $$$ in tooling I have bought from them over the years. Shame.
I work for Enginuity LLC. A hvac contractor in Central Pennsylvania and we recently demo'd some large boilers. We purchased a couple of the one revolution tube cutters. We were able to cut 1 entire side in 1 day without having to change the blade a single time! Quality product. Outstanding customer service as well. Big Shout out to David Bradley for all the instruction on proper use of the tool. He even took the time to come to our lay down yard and give a demonstration on proper use.
