Elliot is a nice guy - we went to him for orthotics years ago, unfortunately he lost my husbands orthotics and we ended up never getting a pair. Our benefits company wouldn’t allow us to do another pair after this happened saying that we should not have paid in full prior to receiving the orthotics. Basically we lost a $450 benefit because he misplaced or orthotics or perhaps, maybe gave them to someone else thinking they were theirs?
