Brian Allen was a pretty terrible lawyer. Unprofessional, wasted my time, botched my case and likely cost me lots of money/results down the line after I had to hire a new lawyer to fix the mistakes he made (or things he just let go poorly out of lazyness). I understand there's a lawyer shortage in central Oregon, but, I would at minimum not use Brian Allen at this firm.
This law firm is a joke. I showed up on time to my consultstion that they made me wait a week to schedule only to be left in the conference room for 20 minutes. I was offered water after a long day of work and never recieved it. My wife, who made the appointment and was also seeking council for her own accident, was not allowed with me in the room during the consult.
