I feel very ripped off! We were told that there could be a refund after leaving a hefty retainer and ended up being charged double. Over $300 for a couple of emails. Thousands for outlining a simple plea. I called to talk about the bill, nobody called back, and then I got another bill. Never again...BEWARE!
