Elliott Refrigeration was prompt, and let us know what all he would be doing BEFORE they got started. Let us know of any possible charges that could incur and cleaned up after himself when finished. Very satisfied with their work and professionalism! We signed a quarterly service agreement for our commercial building on the spot!

I wouldn't recommend this company. They were contacted because of our home warranty insurance. They were quick to schedule an appointment. He called and spoke to my husband. My husband explained that we weren't wanting to replace the hot water heater with the same model, but rather a tank less. We were told that wasn't an issue. The day of the appointment, I got a notification that they were on their way and then almost immediately afterwards a notification that something was ordered and they'd completed the appointment. We had a great experience with Elliott Refrigeration. When our heat went out, they were able to take our phone call at 8 pm and get us on the schedule the following day. They then proceeded to provide us with some options. We had needed to order a part, and it came in within 2 days in which they were able to install right before the winter weather dropped to ultimate lows. Thanks to this company, myself, husband and toddler were able to stay warm!
