Takes way too long after appt to get to vehicle. Over a week it was there. Never fixed the problems I brought it in for.
I wish I could give Purcell Auto 10 stars! We had a couple of cars that we got new tires on, an F-350 long bed dually and a Dodge Grand Caravan. Took the truck in first. At the end of the day when I picked it up I was told that the tires were straight and no work needed to be done. I was charged a much lower inspection fee since they checked all of the connections and everything in the front end. The same thing happened with the Grand Caravan.
