I had.to call Kevin in an emergency as my husband's air conditioner had failed and he is confined to one room . Not only did Kevin come to us after hours , fix the problem very quickly, cleared some encroaching vegetation from around the outside of the air conditioner, but then wouldn't charge us. It restored my faith in humanity. Thank you Kevin. .
