Kevin was great to work with. He was responsive, quick and thorough. I had a main that wasn’t connected to the septic line and he got the job done in time for the holiday weekend, and for a very reasonable price. Kevin is the only person I’m calling from now on.
I needed the hot water tank raised off the basement floor when resurfacing the floor. Kevin was able to coordinate the time and the work with those doing the floor. On another issue, he did some problem solving regarding a clogged washing machine discharge pipe. Very pleasant person to work with.
I reached out to Kevin recently about a leaky kitchen faucet, and he responded right away. I sent him some pictures of the problem, we had a short back-and-forth by text, and we scheduled a visit. He came over, made a quick adjustment, talked through some options that were reasonably priced, and agreed to follow-up if needed. Really friendly, knowledgable, and I felt at ease after he left. I'll absolutely call him again if/when needed.
Reached out to Kevin for a second quote for replacement of my leaking single wall tank with a new Roth. Furnishing of the quote was prompt and his subsequent workmanship and punctuality were absolutely first-rate. He'll definitely be my first (and only) call for HVAC work in the future.
my furnace broke on the coldest day of the year. Kevin showed up and had it fixed within the hour. I would have had to wait for oil company until next day. Highly reccommend!
