This is by far the best pharmacy in the little town that we live in. Staff is amazing every time I go to get my medicine. They really make you feel like you are family when you walk in. They are very quick and efficient on getting your medicine filled.
I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The employees showed no empathy and didn’t seem to care whether my needs were being met. I felt that my mental health concerns were completely dismissed and that I was being judged rather than supported. It was an uncomfortable and discouraging experience, especially during a time when I really needed understanding and compassion. I hope the staff receives training on empathy and patient care in the future.
Super friendly and they always work hard to have my medication! So lucky to have these guys in town!
Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who actually needs their medications if you value your time and mental health you'd do best going to a different pharmacy Staff seems unprofessional and untrained also very rude over the phone have also had too many times where they have refused to give medication that was needed and very important Everytime I tried getting information about a prescription staff either always "didn't know anything about the prescription" or said "it was already picked up" when it never was This bus... read more
