Having some problems with my flooring and HVAC system in the master bathroom. The HVAC guy said he believes it's a loose floor joist which would be a manufacturing issue. Makes a lot of noise when heater shuts down. Sid said he'd get his man out here two plus weeks ago and no calls from his guy, and can't seem to get anyone to help over there on this issue.
