I’d post zero stars if I could. The technician today was very unprofessional. The disparaging remarks about the equipment/technology in this office being old and out of date did not inspire confidence in me. It was so bad I was tempted to leave mid appointment. Her attitude was unfriendly and I did not feel well cared for. She didn’t seem to have familiarized herself with my previous visits at all. My husband and I both went to Dr Janousek for a glasses prescription. We had the glasses made and they were both very wrong. We went back to his office to get checked again but since I was 2 days past the 90 day window they charged us again for the refraction. Dr Janousek ended up copying the prescription my husband had from 2 years ago because he could not get a new prescription that would work for him.
