Went to the Elliot Homes in Waddel, AZ. I had to make an appointment online to even go see the models. Did not realize until we got there that there were actually two different model plans there. We walked through with the sale person who was not friendly at all. Did not offer much insight into the houses and pretty much just walked away after unlocking everything.
