Elliott Heating was absolutely wonderful! On time, checked the entire system, professional, wore shoe booties. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. If there was a 10, they certainly would have it
I have an older house with a 25yr old hvac system, last year around this time I wanted to get a quote for a replacement from Elliott, but wasn't ready to make the switch, fast forward to last Friday. I discovered that the ac had quit working. During this most recent heat wave our AC went out. I decided to call Elliot Heating and Cooling after our regular service provider couldn't get out to our house in less than a week. Even though Elliot's was also very busy, they had a tech out within 48 hours who fixed this issue quickly and got us up and running again. Even better, our service window was between 8:30 - 10:30 am, and he arrived at 8:33. No endless waiting, no delays - just showing up when they said they would. Where do I start? I am so impressed with the service I received from Elliott’s. Caitlin had a crew here in about 20 minutes. Billy and Brennan were very thorough and informative. The part needed for my ac repair was not available for 3 days. So they showed up with a portable ac unit. Also were kind enough to install a floor unit I already had in my sunroom.
