Have been going to Elliott Ace for decades. Went to buy 2 feet of tubing. The older gentleman at the back service desk gave me a hard time about purchasing this item. Said I was overthinking my project and didn't need to do this. Felt some condescending misogynistic behavior going on here. Went to Hahn Ace and purchased what I needed no questions asked. Elliot Ace surely you can do better in the service to your female customers. Will be going to Hahns Ace from now on.

I HAD A LIST OF ITEMS TO GET....SOME WERE DIFFICULT TO FIND. EACH TIME THE STAFF WERE WILLING TO POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION OR TAKE ME THERE PERSONALLY. NICE PLACE

Oh my gosh! Every associate that has helped me today was very caring and concerned about me. Each took time to listen and help. A box store doesn't do this and that's why I keep going back to the Ace in Elm Grove! The coupons are a nice draw also!
