Somehow a review I wrote of Dr. Franks ended up with a 1 star while I meant it to be 5 stars. Dr. Franks has been my physician for decades and I am very satisfied with his service during that time. I hope he doesn't ever retire but that is apt to be too much to hope for. I recommend Dr. Franks.

I had an appt scheduled at 10:45. I arrived at 10:30. The receptionist told me I needed to be there at 10:15. So she said she would need to reschedule me. I have been waiting for this appt for a week and a half in pain rated at a 10. Ear infection, swooshing, ringing in ears. I have been in excruciating pain for over a week. My right ear has been throbbing non stop and I cannot hear. I was looking forward to this appt but unfortunately because I wasn’t 30 minutes early, they had to reschedule me.
