I had booked an appointment online a month ago for services for a Monday. I showed up to my appointment and the check in desk let me know my appointment was cancelled 10 minutes after I made it online. How does that happen? With no warning? No call, text, email, etc with the cancellation or anything?? They said it was the system that did it and could see the appointment I made.
