I rated a 2 because they had what I asked for. I have to say I was blown away at the cost of what I purchased. I went into their shop and asked for the part by part number. I didn't come in clueless needing free advice or anything. I was sure the item might cost a little more, but that's OK. I like to support local businesses. But when they rang me up they charged me 4x what I could have gotten it for anywhere else. I just didn't want to wait a day. I don't consider that a fair price at all for convenience either. Had James Walker from Elliott Electric come out and provide me a quote on electrical work; he came out and said he would get back the next day and never heard from him and he never returned any calls or texts. After a little research come to find out he just didn’t call back and follow-up because he felt uncomfortable! Wow!!!
