We are so thankful for James and his expertise. He responded promptly to an inquiry I placed through his website. He was professional and quickly determined what the problem was. His communication is impeccable and explained what the problem was and how to fix it. He is truly an expert and we now understand the electrical units in our home. James reached out after I submitted an estimate request for installation of three ceiling fans in my home. He contacted me very shortly after submitting the request, and we discussed the job. In short, James was outstanding. I submitted an online request for quote and received a response within 2 hours. 2 hours after that he came out to provide an estimate. This was a Thursday, and within 3 days he came and out and installed a 240V plug for an EV charger. I will call him for ALL future electrical needs and recommend everyone do the same.
James is very professional and my experience is pleasant. I would recommend him for electric work that he worked on. Good at Communication, work management, attentive, explaining the work, cost clarification, time management, easy to work with.
Highly recommend James! He helped us out with some electrical issues. He responded quickly and was very professional. He was very efficient with his time and finished everything in a timely manner. Will definitely use him in the future!
